Ask Theo is our Premium and Pro server assistant inside CreeperPanel. Theo can check live server state, explain issues, and prepare safe next steps for approval. He helps with the messy first mile before support needs to step in.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard when your world grows, shrinks, or suddenly needs more room. Eco is the budget entry point, Premium is the recommended everyday range, and Pro is there when dedicated hardware makes sense.
Yes. CreeperPanel lets you add or switch between supported games and modpacks from the catalogue, so a service can become something else when your group changes its mind. Some games need their own setup steps, but the panel handles the boring parts where it can.
No. CreeperPanel is built so normal players can install, start, stop, update, back up, and manage a server without learning hosting from scratch. If you do want to go deeper, Premium and Pro give you more room and access.
Yes. Modded Minecraft is our home turf, and we also support a wider catalogue of games with their own panel tools. Pick from popular packs, bring custom content where supported, and use Premium or Pro when the server needs more headroom.
Yes. You can manage files, configs, installs, restarts, backups, players, schedules, and other supported settings from CreeperPanel. Power users can go deeper where the plan supports it, while casual server owners can keep it simple.
