A: Orders often take only a few minutes, however we often get bursts of unexpected sales (Thanks random twitch streamers!) and run low on stock, we can usually have this fixed within 24 working hours, if you don't want to wait more than 48 working hours, make sure to select the refund option as your third choice.

A: Yes, our refund policy is actually simple, if it's broken, you give us a day or two to fix it, it's something wrong with our server and not Minecraft software or configuration and we can't fix it, you get a full refund (If it's reported in the first 5 working days).
Q: I ordered a 2GB package, why does it only say 1xxxmb free on the CP and why does my /mem (or /gc or similar) command say less?
A: Please remember, you ordered a 2GB VPS, not a 2GB minecraft server, we specialise in advanced services, for the technical minded, on a VPS you get the equivilent of a dedicated server, but cheaper, the operating system requires a certain amount of memory, as does any RamDrive or other software (Like MySQL), plus to ensure stability we place a tiny bit as vSWAP, so it is recognised as SWAP space at OS level, some applications crash without SWAP space, rest assured this is still physical RAM.

A: We have a wide variety of servers, ranging from L5420 processors all the way to dual E5-2630 systems, however don't panic, we sell per resources, including the CPU, no matter what machine you end up on, you get an equivilent amount of resources, providing a consistant level of service over widely varying hardware.

A: That's a tough question that unfortunately only you can answer, the closer your playerbase are to each other, the less RAM they'll use, the safest equasion is 100mb per player/chunkloader, however people have put 47 players on our 2GB package before on a small world.

A: That is a common misconception, RAM shortage will NOT make your server lag, RAM shortage will cause crashes, either hs_pid_err.log files or Java.Lang.OutOfMemory or OutOfHeapSpace errors.
